Platform Access — Requests for Dan

Each of these is a one-time action. Most take under 60 seconds. Sorted by priority.

Total time needed from Dan: ~10 minutes across two conversations.
Items 1–2 unblock this month's impressions report. Items 3–5 unblock automation and improve security.

1. YouTube Studio — Manager Access for Bea Blocks report 30 sec

What to do
  1. Go to studio.youtube.com
  2. Click Settings (bottom-left gear icon)
  3. Click Permissions
  4. Click Invite
  5. Enter Bea's email → set role to Manager
  6. Click Save
What this unblocks
Bea can pull monthly YouTube views for the impressions report. Also unblocks the YouTube auto-reply bot that replaces the $200/mo Make.com automation.

2. Substack — Editor Access for Bea Blocks report 30 sec

What to do
  1. Go to Substack → Settings
  2. Click Publication → Team
  3. Click Invite
  4. Enter Bea's email → set role to Editor
What this unblocks
Bea can see stats (open rates, web views) for the monthly impressions report. Editor role cannot publish or change settings.

3. Instagram — Connect to Facebook Business Suite For automation 2 min

What to do
  1. Open Instagram app → Settings → Account Center
  2. Under Accounts, confirm the coachdango IG is linked to the CoachDanGo Facebook Page
  3. Confirm the connected Page is managed through Meta Business Suite
What this unblocks
Enables the Instagram Graph API so we can pull impressions automatically (no more manual screenshots). Also lets Bea manage IG posting via Business Suite instead of using Dan's password directly.
Note
Not urgent for this month — Bea can pull from the app manually. This is for automating the process going forward.

4. Meta Business Verification — Provide Company Documents For security + API 5 min

What to provide
Go Fitness Inc. documents — any one of:
  1. Articles of incorporation
  2. Business license
  3. Tax document (showing business name + address)
  4. Utility bill (showing business name + address)
What this unblocks
Full Business Manager trust level — protects the ad account from arbitrary Meta restrictions. Required for full Instagram API access. Emil handles the upload once the document is provided. 2–5 business days to process.

5. Instagram + TikTok — Approve Role-Based Access for Bea Security upgrade Decision only

What to approve
Move Bea from direct password access to role-based access on two platforms:
  1. Instagram: Add Bea via Meta Business Suite with "Content" role — she can post but cannot change passwords, settings, or delete the account
  2. TikTok: Use a scheduling tool (Later or similar) so Bea posts through the tool instead of logging in directly
Why this matters
Bea currently has Dan's direct passwords to Instagram and TikTok. If her phone is compromised or she leaves, the accounts are exposed. Role-based access means each person has their own login, and Bea cannot change account settings. Also eliminates the VPN/geolocation flagging on TikTok.
What doesn't change
LinkedIn (Taplio) and Twitter/X (HypeFury) are already secure — Bea accesses through tools, not passwords. No changes needed there.
