Country Qualification Tiers
How the Typeform booking flow qualifies leads by location. Country is one of four qualification criteria (alongside occupation, income willingness, and timeline).
🇺🇸 United States
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇨🇦 Canada
🇦🇺 Australia
These pass the location criterion automatically. If the other 3 criteria also pass, the lead is Green (fully qualified).
🇦🇹 Austria
🇧🇸 Bahamas
🇧🇭 Bahrain
🇧🇧 Barbados
🇧🇪 Belgium
🇨🇾 Cyprus
🇩🇰 Denmark
🇫🇮 Finland
🇫🇷 France
🇩🇪 Germany
🇭🇰 Hong Kong
🇮🇸 Iceland
🇮🇪 Ireland
🇮🇹 Italy
🇯🇵 Japan
🇰🇼 Kuwait
🇱🇺 Luxembourg
🇲🇹 Malta
🇲🇨 Monaco
🇳🇱 Netherlands
🇳🇿 New Zealand
🇳🇴 Norway
🇵🇹 Portugal
🇶🇦 Qatar
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia
🇸🇬 Singapore
🇸🇮 Slovenia
🇪🇸 Spain
🇸🇪 Sweden
🇨🇭 Switzerland
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
These fail the location criterion but can still reach Amber (review) if the other 3 criteria pass. They can never auto-qualify to Green. Shown via "Rest of the world" → country dropdown in the Typeform.
Any country not listed above. In the Typeform, this is the "Other" option in the country dropdown.
Leads from unlisted countries are disqualified on location. Combined with other criteria failures, this typically results in a Red (DQ) outcome. DQ leads are routed to the Lean Body 90 landing page (dango.co/lean-body-90).
How the full qualification works:
- 4 criteria scored: Occupation, Location (country), Income willingness, Timeline
- Green: All 4 pass → fully qualified → routed to book a call
- Amber: 3 of 4 pass → review required (setter follows up)
- Red (DQ): Income unwilling, OR occupation = "other", OR timeline = "researching", OR ≤1 criteria pass
What this means for Tier 2 countries: A lead from Germany who is a business owner, willing to invest, and ready ASAP will be
Amber (3/4 pass, location fails). The setter can still book them — they just don't auto-qualify.
